The Adacus Story
In 2015, a small team of us at Telogical Systems spun off to start Adacus: a machine-learning platform for digital advertising.
We started out with the intention of serving banner ads that dynamically calculated the best promotion to show for telecom & cable companies based on geolocation and our database of pricing data. We quickly discovered that a far bigger opportunity lay in full-fledged A/B testing and dynamic optimization using logistic regression and machine learning.
We re-oriented our product offering in 2016 around creative optimization at large and expanded our capabilities to include advanced dynamic retargeting ads.
In 2017, Adacus successfully exited with an acquisition by an industry titan, Thunder.
